You can't beat a free show. Especially not when the show is a They Might Be Giants Show (and some Gin Blossoms before that) and it's 5 minutes from your house! Knowing I was in town for the week my awesome friends Viko and D alerted me to the Union County Music Festival, which occured at a golf course just minutes from my house and right next to theirs. There's nothing like spending a nice Sunday evening with a beer in hand, listening to one of your favorite bands with some of your favorite friends. And rock on Edison for being so close to the border with Clark township (which is where the concert technically was). If this becomes a yearly thing it might just be worth driving back for the next summer.
